If accepted for Fusion membership I also wish to apply for election as a Student Member of the Institute of Physics (IoP) at the special price of £12.00 for 1 year only. (This is subsidised by Fusion - the IoP's usual fee is £14.00.) I agree to abide by the Institute's Charter and Bylaws. I am studying a course containing physics. (Note that Student Membership of the IoP can only be renewed directly with the IoP.)		£
